A digital ecosystem that allows Eroski access to the opinions of a Stable Customer Base
Initial challenge
This project was born from the need of Eroski of having a consolidated group of customers to listen to and consult with through constant and stable communication over time.
Exploration
We analysed the company EROSKI and the values that it wants to transmit to its users. We explored their way of getting feedback as well as that of other customer communities.
Then, we learned what the main motivations to give feedback and participate in product and service assessments are.

The insights that we obtained in the analysis phase helped us define both the target users and the positioning of the design.
PERSONAS • BRIEF
A digital ecosystem in which the members of the Stable Customer Base feel exclusive, offering a new vision for the solution of previously detected problems.
Ideation & development
We conducted a conceptual search based on the predefined design brief. We ideated two proposals, one for each of the target users: Eroski Active and Eroski Reactive.
After a series of iterations, we combined the two ideas into the final proposal developed below: Eroski Crea Contigo.
In order to thoroughly define the service, we considered it necessary to develop the main touchpoint of the system: the digital platform that will guide the activity of the members in the Base.
Based on the defined requirements, we determined the structure of the content, its shape and visual aspect, thus arriving at a real tested prototype integrated in Eroski’s website.
