Modification of the Toolkit IND-SERVDES I & creation of printable templates of the design tools
Initial challenge
To put the content of the IND-SERVDES project into practice through participatory workshops with new companies in order to help them in the process of designing advanced services.

The IND-SERVDES II Toolkit
Once we iterated and put IND-SERVDES I into practice with 10 companies, we considered it necessary to update the guidebook and create a third version in English (as well as the Spanish and Basque versions).

Printable templates
With a view to facilitating the use of the tools for advanced service design, we created standarised templates, freely downloadable and printable.
Real impact
We performed the diagnosis of 10 companies to identify their state in terms of advanced services. Thanks to IND-SERVDES, several of the companies are currently in the process of developing and offering new advanced services. In addition, the Finnish Design Centre Muova showed great interest in this project.
Future improvements
The IND-SERVDES III website
We started developing the navigable website of the IND-SERVDES project with the aim of making the toolkit and its tools more accessible and facilitate their use.
