A guide to assist industrial companies in Advanced Service Design
Initial challenge
INDUSTRIAL SERVICE DESIGN arose from the need to provide industrial companies in Gipuzkoa with skills for advanced service design through participatory workshops.

It refers to the innovation of an organisation’s capabilities and processes to create value by moving from selling products to selling product-service systems.

Implementation
We held co-creation sessions with 10 companies to perform a diagnosis regarding their current situation and put into practice the advanced service design methodology and tools.
My main role was to help facilitate the sessions and digitalise the content created.
Final result
The IND-SERVDES Toolbox
Once the content to be added was defined based on the co-created design process, and the graphic trends were analysed, I took care of the graphic design and layout of the complete guide, thus creating a printed edition.
